What data and why
When you send an enquiry, we process your name, e-mail, optionally phone and company, and the event details (occasion, date, place, number of guests, your message). We need them to prepare a proposal – as pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For enquiries on behalf of a company, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where the data are
The enquiry is not stored on the web server. It is sent by e-mail via Microsoft 365 to our event team’s mailbox, and you receive a confirmation. Only colleagues handling enquiries have access. Our processors are Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (e-mail) and INTERNET CZ, a.s. (web server).
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for at most 2 years after the last communication. If you place an order, the data needed for the contract and invoice are kept as long as accounting and tax laws require. Technical server logs are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection – write to partyguru@bencikculinary.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk) or the authority in your country.
